Beauty Appetite by Jessica Simon

NYX cosmetics liquid crystal liner mixes intense color with finely milled glitter for a perfectly dazzling effect. The liners are available in a variety of hip and eye-catching shades, and the fine point applicator is perfect for drawing precise lines of glitter for a show stopping effect.

Check out here. It comes in 10 different colors!

Still remember my tutorial about 4 ways to apply silver liner?
I was using this liner, Liquid Crystal Liner in Silver Crystal from NYX Cosmetics. Actually I'm not a big fan of glitter, but sometimes I want some sparkles too. This liquid liner really helps making my eyes pop out even I only have plain black eyeliner on my eyes. This liner isn't colored base, so you can use it over black eyeliner or any other color eyeliner, or just use it alone for a really subtle look. Sometimes you have to swipe for a couple of times to get the opacity you want.

The tip of the applicator is really thin and sturdy, you can make thin lines, or thick lines. The only thing that I hate is I have to wait for some minutes to let it dry :(
Even though its glitter liner, its really easy to remove, so its a big plus for this product. And it also stays in place all day long!

You can get NYX Liquid Crystal Liner in Silver Crystal here (Indonesia Residence Only)

I know a lot of people who say that they cannot wear makeup because if they wear makeup, they will get acne, blackhead, zits. The more makeup they use, the more zits they get. And they blame makeup for that.

I just want to clarify one thing, the one who you should blame for is not makeup, but yourself. You don't use fake makeup products, or you use high end makeup products, or you have tons of skincare, but you cannot get rid the acne, and you still don't understand why, here I give you the answer..

(image from here)

YES! Its about cleaning your face!
You wear a lot of makeup, so you will spend a lot of time to remove it. Some people are lazy to remove their makeup at night, some people think they have cleaned their face clearly, but actually they haven't. If you neglect your face, no wonder zits will come out.

I always spend much time to remove makeup and clean my face. Because I have to make sure that my face is absolutely clean, not just looks clean. I also have so so many steps to clean my face, beside my skin care routine..

After I got back home, I will clean my hands first, because I don't want to touch my face with dirty hands/fingers. Then, I will use wet facial tissue to clean my whole face, except the eyes area. After that, I use cotton and facial cleanser, again to clean my whole face except the eyes area that the wet facial tissue can't reach. About the eyes area, I'm using makeup remover to remove the makeup. I will wash my face with facial wash with lukewarm water, and pat (not rub) my face with towel. And before I do my skin care routine, I also use milk and toner to clean my face, to make sure there's no makeup left on my face, then I can continue to do my skin care routine.

A lot of things to do, so much time to spend, but really worth that you don't have to feel uneasy about zits that usually come up the next day you wear makeup (beside if you're in period, because that is hormonal that acne will come up). I hope this post helps you to stop wondering why you cannot use makeup. And lets play with makeup more! :)

Have a great weekend!
Let's talk again soon!

I'm so late. This product was launched long long long time ago, but I don't have time to review it. SORRY! But anyway, its better late than nothing.. so here it is...

At first I thought 'WOW!!' I was really excited and bought it right away, even though I wasn't thinking to change my facial cleanser at that time, maybe I could swap my facial cleanser with this one only when I have makeup on and lazy or too tired to clean up my face, so I wouldn't use this facial wash every single day, thats what I thought. Because I didn't know whether this cleanser suitable for all skin types or not, I didn't want to change my current facial cleanser (I'm using The Body Shop), but still I was really curious to try it.

The packaging is just a plastic bottle with a flip cap on the top of the bottle. The consistency is liquid, as you can see on the picture above, please do not mind hair on my hand hahaha. It creates pretty much foam, and it has no scent at all.

I washed my face the same day I bought this product, because I was overly excited to try it. But somehow, I didn't find this facial wash working. I had bb cream, powder, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss, just usual makeup for usual day.

Suddenly, I realized that I had some problems with the facial cleanser to begin with:
  1. I wouldn't wash my eyes with this facial wash, what if the foam comes to my eyes?
  2. I wouldn't want to clean my lips with this, what if the foam comes to my mouth accidentally?
  3. I tried to wash my face (minus eyes and minus lips) with this and it didn't work at all! It couldn't clean my bb cream cleanly!
It does a pretty cool job with cleaning eyeshadow, eyeliner, powder, lip products and blush, but not bb cream and foundation. It is a makeup remover, can clean particular areas that I don't want it to touch, but cannot clean other areas that I want it to clean.

So I never try to use this makeup remover again after that, and also it leaves kind of tight feeling on my face, I'm afraid if I use it every single day, it will give me breakouts :(.
Right now, I'm using it as a makeup brush cleanser, at least this facial wash has a job to do.

During 25 years, Sariayu Color Trend appears consistently by bringing natural richness and Indonesian culture. Sariayu presents Eye Shadow Palette that consists of 25 best choice colors of Sariayu Color Trend Collection.

First post about Indonesia beauty product. And I promise you, this is a really good product! If you still remember my Peacock Inspired Eye Makeup Look, you'll know that my friend insisted me to buy some palette and I couldn't resist the beautiful and gorgeous colors inside it and bought it right away? That palette is: Sariayu 25th Anniversary Eyeshadow Palette.

Lots of colors, lots of pictures, LOL just want to warn you first ;)

The packaging is hard cardboard, you have to flip the cover to open, its easy to be inadvertently opened so I wouldn't say that its travel friendly. And inside it, there's small mirror which is not enough for me, but its better than nothing and two applicators. Even though the applicators are useless, I won't complain because the price of the palette is only about $22.00!!!

There are 25 colors inside the palette, 23 of them is shimmer eyeshadows and the last 2 are cream shadows. You can play with the colors, there are so many different gorgeous colors. Of course they're all gorgeous, they're 25 best choice colors of asian women!!! The colors are pigmented, but some are more opaque than the others.

And here is the swatches of the 25 colors:

They're amazing right? I feel sorry for myself that I never try Indonesia beauty products sooner, the quality is really great and stay on your eyelids all day long even without eye primer!
So if you're living in Indonesia, you should get this palette and don't end up like me feeling disappointed with my own self.
