Brownies Recipe

Happy new year my friends!
I wish you days as beautiful as your hearts in 2015 :) In this new year, I don't make any crazy resolutions, I just want to learn baking and cooking! I'm a beginner in those areas, but I'm willing to learn and share my experiences with y'all, and that's why I'm starting a new section in Beauty Appetite: Recipes. I have to start with the easy one, which is brownies. The quality of brownies is depending on the quality of chocolate that you use, so use the best chocolate that you can afford.

Aku berharap kalian akan memiliki hari seindah hati kalian di tahun 2015 :) Di tahun baru ini, aku tidak membuat resolusi yang aneh-aneh, aku hanya ingin belajar memasak dan membuat kue! Aku sangat pemula di kedua area ini, tapi aku mau belajar dan berbagi pengalamanku dengan kalian, dan itulah sebabnya aku memulai bagian baru di Beauty Appetite yaitu: Resep. Aku mulai dengan yang mudah, yaitu brownies. Kualitas brownies tergantung pada kualitas cokelat yang digunakan, jadi gunakan cokelat terbaik yang bisa anda beli.

Serving: 16 pieces

How to bake:
  1. Melt chocolate and butter in stainless steel bowl that's placed over saucepan of simmering water
  2. Once they melt, leave them for couple minutes in room temperature to get rid of the heat
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, eggs (one at a time), salt, chocolate chips/almond, and finally the flour
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celcius, put the rack in the center of the oven
  5. Apply butter on square pan and line the bottom with wax paper or aluminium foil
  6. Pour all the mix into the pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for a while

Cara memanggang:
  1. Lelehkan cokelat dan mentega dalam mangkuk stainless steel yang ditempatkan di atas panci  dengan air mendidih
  2. Setelah mencair, tinggalkan selama beberapa menit pada suhu ruangan untuk menyingkirkan suhu panas
  3. Aduk gula pasir, ekstrak vanili, telur (satu per satu), garam, chocolate chips / almond, dan akhirnya tepung
  4. Panaskan oven sampai 180 derajat Celcius, tempatkan rak di bagian tengah oven
  5. Oleskan mentega di loyang persegi dan pada bagian bawah loyang tempatkan kertas lilin atau aluminium foil
  6. Tuangkan semua campuran ke dalam panci dan panggang selama sekitar 25-30 menit
  7. Angkat dari oven dan biarkan dingin untuk sementara waktu


What you need:
  • 150 grams chocolate, chopped
  • 100 grams butter, cut into pieces
  • 200 grams granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 95 grams flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 125 grams chocolate chips or almond (optional)

Apa yang Anda butuhkan:
  • 150 gram coklat, cincang
  • 100 gram mentega, potong-potong
  • 200 gram gula pasir putih halus
  • 1 sendok teh ekstrak vanili murni
  • 3 butir telur
  • Tepung 95 gram
  • Garam 1/4 sendok teh
  • 125 gram chocolate chips atau kacang almond (opsional)
